If the current climate has made you re-think your recruitment costs and the thought of paying a £5000-£7000 fee is too steep, then we have an alternative to the usual fee based recruitment system which is both low risk and low cost.

We offer a personal retainer-based recruitment service where you will have access to:

  • ALL of KV Recruitment's on-line advertising avenues. These are substantial and include leading job sites such as JobServe, Monster, CWJobs and many more. We can also target niche industry specific boards for any unique vacancies.
  • ALL of KV Recruitment's on-line CV database searching facilities which includes access to 100,000's of IT professionals.
  • OUR ENTIRE internal database which holds thousands of candidates all living local to you.
  • ALL of our networking tools AND 8 years experience in the recruitment of IT Professionals.

Our Cost/Process Structure is simple and allows you to engage us for some or all of the recruitment process, as follows:

£500*        retainer at the start of the process. For this I will visit your office and meet with ALL the stakeholders in the vacancy (approx 1hr) to ensure I have a comprehensive Job Specification and understanding of your Company culture and working environment. Guidance can be given at this stage to ensure the role is promoted appropriately to the market

£1000**     on presentation of shortlist (ideally within 1 week but subject to the vacancy) with a minimum of 4 of the best available and interested candidates.

£1000***    on an offer being made.

TOTAL COST: £2500 +VAT

For a role paying a salary of £35K, this represents a fee of just over 7%, a saving of almost £3000 and means you:

  • KEEP all of the candidates sourced which you could use for future recruitment at no cost.

** Paid on day of invoice. Based on success of Short List, i.e. if no candidates are good enough for interview then no invoice will be submitted. If 1 or more candidates go forward for interview then the invoice will be submitted with candidate contact details.

Please note that all payments are non-refundable regardless of whether the vacancy is brought to a conclusion or not
