We offer a personal retainer-based recruitment service where you will have access to:

  • ALL of KV Recruitment’s on-line CV database searching facilities which includes access to 100,000′s of IT professionals.
  • OUR ENTIRE internal database which holds thousands of candidates all living local to you.
  • ALL of our networking tools AND 8 years experience in the recruitment of IT Professionals.

Our Cost/Process Structure is simple and allows you to engage us for some or all of the recruitment process, as follows:

£500*        retainer at the start of the process. For this I will visit your office and meet with ALL the stakeholders in the vacancy (approx 1hr) to ensure I have a comprehensive Job Specification and understanding of your Company culture and working environment. Guidance can be given at this stage to ensure the role is promoted appropriately to the market

£1000**     on presentation of shortlist (ideally within 1 week but subject to the vacancy) with a minimum of 4 of the best available and interested candidates.

£1000***    on an offer being made.

TOTAL COST: £2500 +VAT

For a role paying a salary of £35K, this represents a fee of just over 7%, a saving of almost £3000 and means you:
